Levy Ratner, P.C. seeks an associate with 0-5 years of experience, including current 3Ls, interested in joining a group of lawyers committed to utilizing their talents to provide employees, unions and community organizations with high quality, creative, and dynamic representation in the areas of labor, employment, civil rights, and employee benefits law. Our clients are unions in a wide range of industries, including health care, utilities, cultural institutions, higher education, publishing and building services, who are committed to the fight for economic and racial justice and aggressive organizing of unrepresented workers. We also represent individuals and classes of employees in a variety of civil rights and wage and hour matters, and advise employees in connection with employment transitions and general employment matters. We are looking for lawyers who share our deep commitment to the rights of working people and/or public interest law, seek significant client responsibility early in their career and are prepared to work hard and creatively on behalf of our clients. People of color, women, individuals with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community are strongly encouraged to apply. Starting salary for new lawyers $85,000 with increments based on years of relevant experience and generous health and retirement benefits package.
