David M. Canada

David is involved in all aspects of Levy Ratner’s labor and employment practice. He joined the firm in 2025. During law school, David worked as a summer law clerk at Outten & Golden, interned for the National Labor Relations Board Region 7, and was a Peggy Browning Fellow at Joel Dillard & Associates in Jackson, Mississippi. Before attending law school, David was a grill cook at a fast-food establishment.
