Linda E. Rodd
Of Counsel lrodd@levyratner.comAs co‑counsel to various employee benefit funds, Linda’s principal responsibility is managing the collection of employer contributions from 200 area nursing homes, covering 30,000 workers. Her role involves collecting withdrawal liability from closed operations and handling ERISA 4204 transfers of assets. On the administrative side, Linda advises funds’ staff and trustees on plan design and operational structure, including the implementation of an innovative electronic reporting system to monitor employers’ compliance with collectively bargained staffing requirements. Before joining Levy Ratner, Linda was a partner at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard and Of Counsel at Meyer, Suozzi. Prior to that, she was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Before attending law school, she worked on organizing drives with 1199SEIU and District 65 of the United Auto Workers.
