Nikita J. Rumsey

Nikita is involved in all aspects of Levy Ratner’s labor and employment practice. Nikita joined the firm in 2024, after completing a clerkship with Judge William J. Kayatta, Jr., on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to his clerkship, Nikita worked at a union-side labor and employment firm in Washington, D.C. During law school, Nikita worked for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Solicitor’s Office, represented incarcerated clients as part of the Havard Prison Legal Assistance Project, and was a Peggy Browning Fellow at Levy Ratner. Nikita became inspired to work in the labor movement after participating in organizing campaigns with the Harvard Graduate Students Union, HGSU-UAW Local 5118, during law school.
