Richard L. Dorn
Retired Special Counsel rdorn@levyratner.comDick spent more than 40 years protecting the rights of workers. He represented unions in various industries, including health care, automobile workers, brewery workers, furniture workers, and utility workers. Dick has extensive experience litigating matters concerning internal union affairs, LRMDA matters (union elections, trusteeships and union members’ rights), duty of fair representation issues, discrimination matters and contract negotiation. He handled hundreds of cases in arbitration and before government agencies, including the NLRB and EEOC.
