Jessica represents individuals, unions, and benefit and pension funds in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice focuses on protecting workers’ retirement and healthcare security by enforcing the promises employers make about compensation and benefits. She advises labor unions and employee benefit funds in bankruptcy and collections proceedings and represents unions in arbitration, negotiations, and litigation before administrative agencies and in state and federal court. Jessica represents individuals in cases of employment discrimination, whether because of race, national origin, sex or other protected class.  She also advises clients on compensation disputes and negotiates separation agreements on clients’ behalf.
