Associate kseney@levyratner.comKevin primarily works in Levy Ratner’s ERISA and bankruptcy practice, as well as practices in the areas of traditional labor and employment law. He joined the firm in 2025. In law school, he clerked at Levy Ratner, interned at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and represented tenants in New York City Housing Court in NYU Law’s housing law externship with the Legal Aid Society. Before law school, Kevin completed a master’s degree in public policy and worked at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget.
