Kimberly Lehmann
Partner klehmann@levyratner.comKim represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employee benefits law. She strengthens the rights of workers by representing unions and individual employees in negotiations, arbitrations, proceedings before the NLRB and in state and federal court litigation. Her practice also includes protecting workers’ retirement and healthcare security by enforcing the promises employers make about compensation and benefits. She represents Taft-Hartley funds and labor unions in collection matters, ERISA litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings.
